Palm Sunday: Life Transformed
The journey through Lent into Easter is a journey with Jesus. We are baptized into his life, self-giving, and death; then, we rise in hope to life transformed. This Lent, communities are invited to walk with Jesus in his Way of Love and into the experience of transformed life. Together, we will reflect anew on the loving actions of God as recounted in the Easter Vigil readings. Together, we will walk through the depths of salvation history into the fullness of redemption.
Reflection # 1: Luke 15:18
“I will get up and go to my father, and I will say to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and before you.’” How did you turn back towards God’s love when you made a big mistake?
Reflection # 2: 2 Corinthians 3:6
“Our competence is from God, who has made us competent to be ministers of a new covenant, not of letter but of spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.” Who can support you in living a Jesus-centered life?
Reflection # 3: Psalm 119:105
“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” Who might you have a conversation with to learn more about God?

Prayer: Holy and immortal God, open our hearts to the Blessed One, so that we may enter the gates of your justice, confessing in our words and in our deeds that Jesus is Lord, now and forever. Amen. Revised Common Lectionary Prayers (2002) alt.
