Love Is Come Again: Our journey of thoughtfulness observance of a holy Lent through self examination, penitence, prayer, fasting and almsgiving these past six weeks now leads to be able to proclaim today: Alleluia! Christ is risen. The Lord is risen indeed. Alleluia!
The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid; I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for he has been raised, as he said. Come, see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples, ‘He has been raised from the dead, and indeed he is going ahead of you to Galilee; there you will see him.’ “This is my message for you.” —Matthew 28:5–7.
Let us be resolute in our mission to bring the good news to all people. Our mission is the mission of Jesus Christ. We are called to care for and minister to others and make disciples. To have a deep love for God and a desire to serve Him.
It has always been a blessing to minister to all of you, not only this Lenten season, but each time we engage in prayer, worship, study, fellowhip, pastotal care and visitations.
In the name of the Risen Christ, may we all know in our hearts and souls that “Love is come again, like wheat that springs up green.”(Living Compass) Happy Easter!
